We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is Bluedart, ATS and or Delhivery Courier partners for Local orders and DHL for international orders. We ship both domestically and internationally, domestic shipping charges will be shown in the cart during checkout and for international shipping (Contact Us) or (Call Us). Normal shipping estimates for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situations which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Efforts are made to fulfill orders according to specified timelines and product details. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our side, we cannot ship or deliver the order, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. Orders can be canceled before product dispatch, but not after.

Returns and refunds are subject to specific criteria and verification of alleged faults by an authorized party. If a product is found to be in good working order after testing, return costs become the customer’s responsibility. Replacement is possible if the same product is in stock; otherwise, a refund is provided. The refund process is determined by the original payment method.

Customers making warranty claims should follow manufacturer instructions. If these details are unavailable, we can assist in connecting with the manufacturer.

Damaged products are eligible for replacement within 24 hours of receipt, provided you contact us promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return requests can be made through specific communication channels.

In exceptional cases, we may refuse repair, replacement, or refund, such as for sale or promotional items, used products, misuse, prior knowledge of issues, tampering, late returns, or exceptions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
